As a Business Services Manager you contribute to the direction of business services nationally through working to define administrative practices that support effective operations and implement these across the six business areas, via Business Servcices Team Leaders and Business Services Officers. This in turn enables the local delivery of services to children and families and responsiveness to the courts. You therefore provide a critical link between business service strategy and practice.
You will ensure a professional front line customer service to service users, visitors and staff and keep all aspects of the office running effectively and efficiently.
To perform these duties you will need excellent administration and IT skills, financial knowledge, and an ability to analyse trends in demand and productivity. Also, and most importantly, you will need experience of managing and supervising staff and the ability to deliver results through our business support teams.
You should possess a business relatd HND/NVQ 4 or a willingness to work towards one.
