Business Services Team Leader

 

Business Services Team Leaders manage and develop small teams of Business Services Officers.  Whilst undertaking many of the day to day duties of a Business Services Officer to a high standard, such as case recording and administration, you will oversee and ensure the quality of work locally adheres to national standards and provide the key local link between area management and administrative support to operations.  You will manage workload across your administrative team, setting priorities in liaison with your Business Services Manager.

To apply for a Business Servies Team Leader role you must therefore have good knowledge and experience of general office practice, including IT skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.  You will use these to undertake not just your own duties, but also to provide guidance and advice to support the work within your team.

You will either hold a minimum of NVQ2 in a relevant area or have a willingness to work towards this in the future.
