Service Manager

 

As a Service Manager, you will lead and manage a team of experienced practitioners. Your role will be to provide professional support, advice and supervision to frontline practitioners, ensuring that all cases are allocated and a quality service is delivered to children and families and to the family courts.Children's Guardian

You will be responsible for the development of your team and the results delivered by your team. You will work in partnership with other agencies and with our commissioned services to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and families that we work with.

 

Qualifications

You will be social work qualified, registered with the HCPC as a social worker in England, and have supervisory or practice management experience, gained in a children services setting. Above all, you will have the ability to lead and manage a team of experienced practitioners to ensure a quality local service is delivered. You will be able to inspire, motivate and develop others whilst achieving the aims of our organisation.
