Cafcass looks after the interests of children involved in family court proceedings. We work with children and their families, and then advise the courts on what we consider to be in the best interests of children.
Our duty is to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, putting their needs, wishes and feelings first and ensuring their voice is heard at the heart of the family court setting.
